February 3rd Lunch

February 3rd,

Lunch:





Chicken Nimono (煮物).  Nimono is basically a traditional Japanese stew.





Onion and Egg Ankake (あんかけ) Over Udon Noodles.  Ankake is a thick sauce.







And a Salad with Yogurt Dressing
